Dip Your Toe
This starting project lets you tackle one small space that has proven particularly problematic. It also serves as a test case to see how comfortable you are with the decluttering process and check our “fit” before potentially committing to a bigger project. Requiring just one morning or afternoon, it involves my coming to your house, seeing the problem space – corner, drawer, desktop, etc. – and spending 2-3 hours creating a clean space, including a plan for both wanted and unwanted items.
Big Picture Walk-Through
Starting with a multi-hour tour of your home, includes discussion of priorities and “pain points,” notes and suggestions on each, and a basic plan for reducing clutter and improving high-priority organization issues.
Problem-Area Deep Dive
This package provides multi-day, hands-on support to tackle a space in your house (1-2 rooms) that needs particular attention, including diagnosing the problems, developing a plan, and leading the clean-out. (Includes sorting unwanted items into donations and delivering them.) This is a cost-effective way to organize the tv room that hasn’t worked for family movie nights, clear out the furnace/storage room and/or garage so you can stop paying for your monthly storage unit, or make the guest room the inviting space you’ve been wanting.
Whole-Home Lighter Touch
Starting with the walk-through, this multi-week process involves room-by-room plans (with priority given to those you most want to tackle), hands-on support for the toughest areas, and consulting to answer questions (phone/Zoom, and/or in-person if needed). It also includes pick-up and delivery of your unwanted items to designated charities. When we are finished, you will have an organized, clean, clutter-free home with a system to access what you need and maintain systems that works for you, plus a nice tax deduction.
Whole-Home Hands On
My most intensive service, this is for people who are looking for a bottom-to-top home reorg, moving to a smaller space, and/or who just don’t have the time or bandwidth to take on “homework.” Starting with a more detailed full-home walkthrough and review, this process can take two weeks, a month, or even longer, depending on the space and your goals. I’ll work with you room by room to understand your needs, develop a plan, execute it (including identifying and, if desired, purchasing the storage items needed), and remove and donate your unwanted items. This service is often iterative, as work in one area drives others. When we are finished, you will have an organized, clean, clutter-free home with a system to access and maintain that works for you, plus a nice tax deduction.
